Elevate your living space with our Handmade Throw Blanket, inspired by the avant-garde Bauhaus art movement in Germany. This piece effortlessly blends traditional craft with modern design, creating a timeless addition to any room. Meticulously crafted from a fusion of linen and cotton, this throw is adorned with unique patterns, hand-carved onto wooden blocks, and then delicately pressed onto the fabric, emphasizing its handmade allure.

Beyond its beauty, the throw showcases the intricate Kantha stitching – a centuries-old technique that weaves beautiful patterns and textures together, making each piece a unique work of art. Its versatility shines as both a cozy throw blanket for your bed or couch and an eye-catching wall art that infuses vibrancy into any room.

More About Block Printing:
Because no machinery is involved in the hand block process, each throw is rendered unique.

- An intricate design is hand-carved into a wooden block
- The block is dipped into dye
- The block is pressed onto a linen sheet repeatedly until the fabric is covered with the design
- The next block is dipped into the second color, and the process is repeated until the design is complete
- Once the dye has set, the cotton sheets are hand-stitched together, securing the cotton stuffing in the middle
